Welcome to Oddball Arts, LLC. I’m Chloe’ Tschudy, owner, operator, and creative behind the brush.

I’ve been called “artsy” my entire life—long before I ever claimed the title for myself. What started as something I simply did slowly grew into something I couldn’t imagine not doing. Turns out, art wasn’t just a hobby—it was the path all along.

One of the best parts of what I do is that I come to you. I’ve completed projects throughout Wisconsin, including Milwaukee, Appleton, Fond du Lac, Oshkosh, and beyond. I’m proud to have been named Best Painter in Fond du Lac County in 2023, 2024, and again in 2025—an honor that reflects both my commitment to quality and my love for this work.

To date, my largest mural is an 840-square-foot installation completed in June 2025 for the Downtown Fond du Lac Partnership. As my business grows, so does my ambition—I’m excited to take on more large-scale projects and expand beyond my home state, bringing bold color and thoughtful design to walls wherever they exist.
